17737 Exposure Head HEAD: case temperature low alarm, <temperature> C Thermal Every thirty seconds, the thermal head firmware reads the case temperature and compares the reading to a threshhold. For both air-cooled and water-cooled thermal heads, the threshhold is hardcoded to 10 degrees C. If the threshhold has been exceeded, the thermal head is shutdown and any plot in progress is aborted. This error code applies to Thermal Head firmware version 1.30 and above. Call service. Verify the temperature and humidity of the environment local to the machine. Check the thermal head cooling ( thermal heads are air-cooled or water-cooled ).
